Thrive Streams Not Pulling New Social Media

Overview

It can happen that Thrive Streams stop pulling in new social media from Facebook, possibly all social media platforms. The streams and reviews are not being imported on the business website and the Thrive Streams page. It may be intermittent as some new media is imported while others are not. 

Solution

Contact support with the following information and they will investigate and fix this issue:

  • Reseller Name
  • The name of at least one of your businesses that have active social media accounts preferably with one media activity on that day or the day before.

Confirm the issue from the Thrive streams page by following the steps below:

  • Log in to Thrive Admin Dashboard.
  • Click the Companies tab and select Businesses from the dropdown menu.
  • Search for the given business name and click sign in.

  • Click the Experience tab and select Streams for the dropdown menu to view the reviews stream of the business.
