You may want to know how can your customer redeem a reward when using the touchless check-in option.
You can set up your campaign in the following way to allow customers to be able to redeem rewards using the touchless check-in option:
- Enable touchless check-in through QR codes for your campaign by following the instructions in the article: Enabling Touchless Check-In Through QR Codes for a Campaign.
- Create the reward to be redeemed from mobile by following the instructions in the article: Creating a Redeemable Offer for Mobile Redemption.
This article also explains how users can redeem and view their rewards from their own mobile phones.
Basically, the above setup of the campaign ensures that when a user that is already subscribed to the campaign checks in using the QR code, if the requirement for the reward set up in step2 above is met, the check-in response message to them will contain the Redeemable URL. Then they can redeem this reward as outlined in the "Redeeming a Reward" section of the article Creating a Redeemable Offer for Mobile Redemption.
