Your tablet doesn't hold a charge and needs to be full charges to be on. Even when it is on, it is not working and you are unable to confirm customers' rewards information from it.
Please note that tablet hardware issues are not in the scope of Support, as agents cannot access the tablets. If the issue you are facing is related to Kiosk App, Support can try to troubleshoot it.
