You may notice that reviews coming to your business website are coming from a different location than where your business is located. Also, these reviews are for different businesses. While testing, you send some reviews that give error 500, but they are still being captured by the system.
If you are currently facing this issue, contact support with the following information about the affected business, and they will investigate and fix this issue:
- Business Name
- Business Website URL

You can investigate and try to reproduce this issue by creating test reviews for an internal test account (Business name: Sport Kilt Loyll, URL: http://sportkilt.loyll.com) and viewing its reviews stream in the Thrive Admin Dashboard. Write test reviews on the website and then view the business reviews stream on the Thrive dashboard by following the steps below:
- Log in to Thrive Admin Dashboard.
- Click the Companies tab and select Businesses from the dropdown menu.
- Search for the given business name and click sign in.
- Click the Experience tab and select Streams for the dropdown menu to view the reviews stream of the business.
