You can change the password of a Business Engage Dashboard from the Reseller Dashboard.
Support agents can log in as ADMIN to the Reseller's dashboard via the Engage Admin Dashboard for support by searching in the Business Search tab for the Business's name.
This will open the Dashboard of the reseller to which the business belongs.
- Click the Businesses tab from the Reseller Dashboard and search for the desired business name.
- Go to View Account Details of the business from the dropdown next to the LOG IN button.
- Click edit
- Set the password according to the mentioned requirements.
- Scroll to the bottom and Save.
