Suspended Merchant Accounts Still Receving Emails For Charges


A business/merchant with a closed/suspended account may be receiving emails for the notification of charges.


Note: If you don't have an active Reseller account, contact support with your reseller name and they will disable email notifications for all the suspended business accounts belonging to you.

If you are an active reseller, you can disable all email notifications for the closed/suspended business accounts yourself.

Follow the article, Changing a Merchant's Email Notifications Preference and on step 4, select None from the Email Notifications dropdown menu and then click Save Changes.

View Merchant Activity

It is possible to view recent merchant activity like emails about charges/invoices by clicking Purchase History on the main page of the Business Dashboard of the closed business account.
