Overview

In Broadcasts History you can view all the broadcasts sent by a business. You can also view the Broadcast Analytics of a specific broadcast in the Broadcasts History.

Accessing Broadcasts History Of A Business

You can log in to the Reseller Dashboard from the Engage Admin Dashboard for support. You should have the Reseller name and its Business Name for which the broadcast was sent out. For specific broadcast analytics/details, get the date and time of the broadcast to find it from the broadcasts history.

1. Log in to the Reseller Dashboard and click Businesses in the left panel.
2. Search for the business and click LOG IN Action for it.
   
   
   This will open the Business Engage Dashboard in a new tab. 
3. Click Broadcasts > Broadcasts History in the left panel to view all the broadcasts sent out for this business.

Broadcast Analytics

1. You can search for specific broadcasts in custom date ranges on the Broadcasts History page.
   
   
   
2. Click the DETAILS button in the Action column to see the Broadcast Analytics of a broadcast.
   
   
   
3. A Broadcast Analytics pop-up such as the following will be shown:
