Manually Change Subscriber Status To Active

Overview

You may want to change the status of a subscriber from unverified to Active.

Solution

You can change the status of a subscriber to Active from the Engage Admin Dashboard:

You can log in as ADMIN to the reseller dashboard by searching the reseller's name in the Manage Resellers tab of the Engage Admin Dashboard for support.

  1. From your Reseller's Engage Admin Dashboard, navigate to Subscribers.


  2. Search for the subscriber's phone number and click on Get Results.
  3. Click the View button under the Action column.
  4. On the next page, click on Edit User Details.

  5. Scroll down to find the Status drop-down and select Active.
  6. Click Save.
