You may want to change the status of a subscriber from unverified to Active.
You can change the status of a subscriber to Active from the Engage Admin Dashboard:
You can log in as ADMIN to the reseller dashboard by searching the reseller's name in the Manage Resellers tab of the Engage Admin Dashboard for support.
- From your Reseller's Engage Admin Dashboard, navigate to Subscribers.
- Search for the subscriber's phone number and click on Get Results.
- Click the View button under the Action column.
- On the next page, click on Edit User Details.
- Scroll down to find the Status drop-down and select Active.
- Click Save.
