When a Reseller tries to access a Merchant's "My Account" page, they get a "502: Bad Gateway" error.
If you are facing this issue, create a support ticket containing the Merchant account in question.
If you get a ticket concerning the above, first attempt to reproduce the issue:
- Log in to the Reseller's Admin page
- Locate the Business and press "Log In"
- In the left-hand side menu, click on "My Account"
If you can reproduce the issue, escalate to SaaS Operations, forwarding all the necessary information.
After the SaaS operations team fixes the issue, attempt to reproduce the issue again, to ensure everything works as intended.
