You may want to change the text that is sent after receiving an email from a subscriber.
Contact support with the following information and they will change this text for you:
- Reseller Name
- New Text
Note: An agent with SUPER admin access can fulfill this request.
Follow the steps below to change the desired text:
Log in to Engage Admin Dashboard
- Click Manage Resellers tab and search for the provided reseller name:
This will open the reseller dashboard of the reseller to which this business belongs.
- Click Super Admin in the left panel.
- Click Edit Tables and navigate to System Options table.
- Click Edit Action for this table.
- Find the row with the description "string1Message sent via email" and click the edit icon.
- Edit this message according to the provided New Text.
