Change Text That Goes Out After Receiving An Email From A Subscriber

Overview

You may want to change the text that is sent after receiving an email from a subscriber.

Solution

Contact support with the following information and they will change this text for you:

  • Reseller Name
  • New Text

Note: An agent with SUPER admin access can fulfill this request.

Follow the steps below to change the desired text:

  1. Log in to Engage Admin Dashboard

  2. Click Manage Resellers tab and search for the provided reseller name:

  3. This will open the reseller dashboard of the reseller to which this business belongs.

  4. Click Super Admin in the left panel.

  5. Click Edit Tables and navigate to System Options table.

  6. Click Edit Action for this table.
  7. Find the row with the description "string1Message sent via email" and click the edit icon.

  8. Edit this message according to the provided New Text.
