You may want to know that after terminating service with Engage whether you can remain a licensee of Thrive and if there will be any support to fix any of the features.

Engage can be used as a standalone; Thrive, however, cannot.

As Thrive is a component offering that links to Engage and not a standalone product that could be offered on a subscription plan, it would not be possible to continue with Thrive alone.
