Purchased Messages Not Showing


Sometimes, after a purchase is made, the purchased SMS/MMS messages may not be available for use in the Merchant's account.


To verify that the SMS/MMS messages were purchased successfully, check the purchase history by following the steps outlined in this article.

Please keep in mind that a small delay is possible. If an entire day later the purchase does not appear, create a support ticket with the following information so the issue can be investigated further:

  • Reseller Name
  • Merchant/Business Name


Elevate the issue to the Engineering team with the provided information so that they can fix it from the backend.
