Overview
Enabling the Birthday Club in a Campaign allows you to collect a customer's birth date when they check-in for the first time and offer them a reward x days before their birthday. This article provides steps to enable or disable the Birthday Club in an existing Campaign.
Prerequisites
- You have an existing Single Campaign
Solution

From the Merchant's Engage Business Dashboard, navigate to Campaigns > Single Campaigns.

Find the Campaign where you want to enable the Birthday Club and click on Edit.

At the bottom, click on the "configure advanced settings" link.

In the Advanced Settings section, expand the Basic Tablet Preferences option (a) and click to enable or disable (b) the "Collect Birthday" option.

Click on Save Settings at the top-right.
Testing
After you click on Save Settings, the following pop-up message will appear in the bottom-right corner:

Your changes take effect immediately and will be pushed to the tablet next time it checks for updates or next time you edit and save the campaign settings on the tablet.
If you have enabled the Collect Birthday option, you can now create Birthday Rewards. For more information, refer to step 7 in the Creating a Single Campaign article.
