Providing Merchants with Access to the Business Dashboard

Overview

This article provides steps to give Merchants access to their Engage Business Dashboard to view Analytics, send Broadcast messages, review Rewards, etc., on their own.

Bespeak highly recommends NOT to provide Merchants access to the Engage Business Dashboard for various reasons. Discuss with your Bespeak Account Manager before providing access to your Merchants.


Solution

  1. From your Engage Admin Dashboard, navigate to Businesses, and find the merchant.

  2. Under the Action column, click the drop-down icon, and select on View Account Details.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Under the Account Details section:

    1. Copy the Username
    2. Set a password that meets the following requirements:
      • 8 characters minimum
      • 1 lowercase letter
      • 1 uppercase letter
      • 1 number
      • 1 special character
  5. Click Save.

  6. Provide the following information to your Merchant:


Testing

You can test their access with the URL, Username, and Password from step 6, but make sure to log out of the Engage Admin Dashboard first. Otherwise, it will still think you are the administrator accessing the Business Dashboard.
